Steps for reporting code violations 1 - First step is to report violations to the city by Dialing 311, (706-653-4000), or submit online: https://columbusga.qscend.com/311/request/add You will be assigned a case number. Keep this number.
2 - One month later, if no action has been taken, submit another report to 311. Reference the previous case number.
3 - One month later, if no action has been taken, submit another report to 311. Reference the previous case number.
4 - Another month later, if no action has been taken, report to Mimi Woodson, City Council member. The objective is to make the violations visible to City Council and hopefully to get the issue resolved. |
